Covering a beloved band like Fleetwood Mac is a challenging feat for any band.  There’s always the possibility of mangling a song held dear to so many.  But there’s also the possibility of breathing new life into vintage tracks.

A collection of indie darlings, from The Kills to Gardens & Villa, are giving it a shot on Just Tell Me That You Want Me, a tribute album to Fleetwood Mac. Below, hear Lykke Li doing her take on the track “Silver Springs.”

Fact to Impress Your Friends With: ”Silver Springs,” written by Stevie Nicks, was intended to be on the classic album Rumours, but it was excluded from the album for time considerations.  It was eventually released as a B-side to “Go Your Own Way.”
